Our company has completed the signing ceremony for school-enterprise cooperation with Huizhou Technician College.

May 24, 2018, was a significant day for Huizhou Technician College's 2018 Science and Technology Innovation Skills Festival and the signing ceremony for school-enterprise cooperation. At this grand event, our company's Assistant General Manager Wu Yun represented us to sign a school-enterprise cooperation agreement with Dean Zhang Yuqing of Huizhou Technician College.
May 24, 2018, is a significant day for Huizhou Technician College as it marks the 2018 Science and Technology Innovation Skills Festival and the signing ceremony of the school-enterprise cooperation agreement. At this grand event, our Assistant General Manager Wu Yun represented our company to sign the school-enterprise cooperation agreement with Dean Zhang Yuqing of Huizhou Technician College.
Since June 2017, our company has gradually engaged in deep contact with Huizhou Technician College, introducing three outstanding college graduates. By March 2018, we had conducted multiple interactions between the school and our company: in August 2017, all teachers from the Manufacturing Engineering Department visited our company for exchange and learning; in December 2017, leaders from the Manufacturing Engineering Department came to our company for inspection and discussions on school-enterprise cooperation; in March 2018, both parties reached an agreement on the school-enterprise cooperation agreement. In the fall of 2018, our company will collaborate with Huizhou Technician College to establish a named class - Huayang FA Skilled Talent Reserve Class, cultivating excellent skilled technicians for our FA automation through an order-based school-enterprise dual system! At the same time, through the cooperation model of the named class and the school-enterprise dual system, we will further enhance our employer brand and the influence of our corporate social responsibility.
Huizhou Technician College is a cradle for technicians and a high ground for craftsmen. The teachers and students of its Manufacturing Engineering Department have rich practical experience in skill competitions and have won multiple provincial and national awards. Our FA automation has developed rapidly in the past two years, and with the leapfrog expansion of the market, our demand for skilled talent is increasing. The signing of this school-enterprise cooperation agreement marks the beginning of our reserve of excellent skilled technicians, laying a solid foundation for the construction of our FA automation technician talent team!
