Creative publicity, repeatedly reminding to pay attention to protection.
To effectively and timely convey scientific epidemic prevention knowledge to every employee, Huayang Group adopted a combination of online and offline publicity methods.
Personal protection guidelines, prevention manuals, and epidemic prevention brochures were distributed to employees; epidemic prevention knowledge was promoted through banners, electronic displays, posters, etc., helping employees master the correct methods of wearing masks, washing hands, and other preventive measures.
At the same time, various epidemic prevention promotions, work resumption prevention guidelines, and company prevention measures were timely pushed through emails, WeChat work groups, and official WeChat accounts, using communication software for online communication.
Comprehensive investigation, adding isolation defenses.
Each department strengthened investigation efforts, established a daily reporting system, and timely and comprehensively grasped employee movements; returning employees were required to perform home isolation.
After adjustments and arrangements, independent living isolation areas and observation rooms were specially added within the park. Employees returning from other places need to strictly follow policy requirements for isolation observation and can only return to work if they meet the conditions. During the isolation period, dedicated personnel assist with medical observation and record keeping, as well as providing meals and essential living supplies.

At the beginning of the epidemic, the group quickly took action, setting up multiple checkpoints. All personnel entering the park must wear masks, register their identity information, and have their temperature measured; before entering the workshop, their temperature is measured again. In addition, on-duty personnel must have their temperature measured twice daily.

Cleaning and disinfecting, strictly controlling details for strong protection.
Before work resumption, the company organized a comprehensive cleaning and disinfection of the park, focusing on elevators, tea rooms, restrooms, workshops, canteens, dormitories, and other areas. After work resumption, designated personnel will regularly carry out cleaning and disinfection, keeping on-site records.
Special paper or hand sanitizer is prepared next to frequently used elevator buttons, corridor doors, and faucets for employee use, effectively avoiding cross-infection.
Innovative canteen management to ensure dining safety.
The canteen is an important link in epidemic prevention and control. The company adopts "one person, one table" or partitions to create independent areas.Setting 1-meter interval line markings, maintaining distance while queuing for meals; staggered dining to reduce crowding; using small loudspeakers on-site to repeatedly remind employees to wash their hands before dining and avoid conversations; at the same time, strict information screening and health management for canteen staff... multiple measures are taken to ensure employee dining safety.
