Highlights of the ADAYO Multimedia 2019 Instructor Training Camp

In order to help the business address the issue of training impact domains, and to implement the training policy of 'learner-centered and problem-oriented', ADAYO Multimedia planned the 'First Instructor Training Camp' in July 2019, creating the first batch of instructor teams to lead the implementation of the company's training policy.

In order to help the business address training impact issues, and to implement the training policy of 'student-centered and problem-oriented', ADAYO Multimedia planned the 'First Instructor Training Camp' in July 2019, creating the first batch of instructor teams to lead the implementation of the company's training policy. The course features of the instructor camp are positioned as: a combination of theory and practice, strong applicability, and ready to use.


To achieve the training policy, ADAYO Multimedia started in July and successfully concluded as planned in December, with the highlights of the process as follows:
◆ In July 2019, a survey of business needs was conducted to identify the course themes.
◆ In August 2019, six reserve instructors were selected based on the course themes. They are professionally solid, skilled, serious and rigorous in their work attitude, value personnel training, and agree with the training policy.
◆ In September 2019, reserve instructors participated in the 'Instructor Training Camp', discussing and learning course design, and practicing their respective brand courses.
◆ From September to October 2019, they developed high-quality courses that met business needs from scratch, designed corresponding supporting forms, taught the high-quality courses, and formulated the next course development plan. They implemented the training policy of 'business-centered and problem-oriented', actively creating an internal learning atmosphere.
◆ In November 2019, the six reserve instructors passed the strict junior instructor certification standard review and obtained the 'Junior Instructor' qualification from Huayang Multimedia.


Teacher Zhang Huanyu developed and taught the course 'Understanding Functional Safety'.
 


Teacher Chen Xiaowei developed and taught the course 'How to Correctly Conduct Change Design'.


Teacher Liu Peng developed and taught the course 'FMEA'.


Teacher Li Hongqian developed and taught the course 'The Theory and Application of SPC'.


Teacher Qiu Duojin developed and taught the course 'The Role Positioning and Self-Management of Managers'.


Teacher Liang Haopeng developed and taught the courses 'IATF16949 System Knowledge' and 'APQP Standards'.


In 2020, the instructor team will continue to delve deeply into course content, striving for excellence, and through mutual teaching and learning, help company personnel enhance their skills while also improving their own professional level, creating an internal learning atmosphere, and promoting and practicing the training policy of 'student-centered and problem-oriented'.
